Nettie died 10 Jan 1886 in Union Co, OR, which is where their children were born. I have not been able to find a cemetery record of where she was buried. Her last child was born 10 sep 1885 and it seems the younger children were farmed out all over. Nathan came on into the Richland-Halfway area, then on to Cambridge, ID, where he died.
Wilma Witte says she was from Rush Creek, Idaho. All census records
indicate she was born in Iowa...perhaps family lived in ID before coming
to Walla Walla area?
